After-sale Service Process
Dear Customer,
Congratulation on your choice of Ambulanc products.
In order to ensure prompt and accurate after-sale service, we request
your kind attention to this "After-sale Service Process".
We'll be very sorry for the inconvenience caused by malfunction
of the machine, if any.
1. Once a malfunction is detected, please duly fill in the Malfunction
Claim Form and send it to sales@ambu-lanc.com or fax to +86755-26420566
Our service engineers will handle the claim within 24 hours.
2. In case our on-line service engineer can't solve your problem,
please ask our online service engineer for RA No and duly fill in
the Returned Products for Repairing Form. Important: the RA No must
be clearly marked on the outside carton when you send back the item(s)
to be repaired.
3. Our After-sale Service Center will make a repair plan and work
out the repair cost according to the After-sale Service policy for
your confirmation, repair the item(s) and send the item(s) out within
3 (three) working days.
4. A survey to the repaired item(s) will be carried out by the After-sale
Service Center within 15 (fifteen) days when you receive the repaired
item(s) to ensure good after-sale service quality.
